Step 2: Craftsman-Led Project Assignment

Upon engagement, we assign your project to the appropriate skilled Project Manager that specializes in the type of project you have in mind. Their expertise and attention to detail will serve as the guiding force behind your project. They'll immerse themselves in your vision, ensuring every aspect reflects the unparalleled quality and sophistication synonymous with Greenwald & BC.

Step 3: Site Visit

The assigned project manager will schedule an appointment directly with you to visit the project site, meet with you and hear about your vision. While there, they will begin to take in all the aspects of your existing home and maybe even offer big picture feedback as to the feasibility of your project. This meeting might include measuring spaces, taking pictures, and hearing all about your dreams. Conversations about your budget will start here as well. Depending on the project, we may consider putting together a rough budget to make sure that the project you envisioned is within reach for you (step 4). Or if it is a simple single trade project, we probably jump ahead to step 6.

Step 4: Budget review

If the project calls for designing and then creation of a predesign budgeting, the project Manager will create a rough budget and review it with you to ensure that we are designing a project that is within your budget range.

Step 5: Architectural Design Artistry

Next, we enter the realm of architectural design artistry. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or seek our expert guidance, our team works tirelessly to bring your ideas to life either in-house or with a trusted advisor.
